Preliminary range

Begin with the surface.

Share three details for an immediate planning range. Your final proposal follows a professional review.

Based on approximate area and selected treatment. Material, access, repairs, and actual condition affect final pricing.

Our point of view

The right first question is not
“What should we replace?”
It is “What can we recover?”

We assess before we prescribe. When restoration is practical, we recover the appearance, performance, and value of the surface you already own.

From inspection to completion

Restoration is a process
of informed decisions.

01

Inspect

Read the material, joints, staining, moisture exposure, and previous treatments.

02

Measure

Define total surface area and establish a precise scope of work.

03

Recommend

Explain what can be restored and where repair or replacement is more responsible.

04

Protect

Prepare adjacent surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and sensitive areas.

05

Restore

Complete the selected cleaning, repair, color, polish, or sealing treatment.

06

Review

Inspect consistency, cleanliness, finish quality, and workmanship together.

WHEN THE SURFACE IS SERVICEABLE

Restore.

Retain suitable tile, reduce demolition, target damaged areas, renew grout appearance, and protect matching materials.

  • Less dust and disruption
  • A more focused investment
  • Faster path to a renewed space
WHEN THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED

Replace.

Unstable tile, substrate movement, waterproofing failure, or structural damage can make replacement the responsible recommendation.

Straight answers

Before we begin.

Clear expectations are part of a precise result.

Do you charge hourly?

Most services are priced by measured surface area, material, condition, treatment requirements, and project complexity. This creates a clearer scope than open-ended hourly billing.

Can I receive an estimate from photographs?

Yes. Clear photographs and approximate measurements can support a preliminary estimate. Final pricing may require an on-site surface assessment.

Can permanently stained grout be restored?

Often, yes. Professional cleaning or grout color sealing can significantly improve stained or uneven grout. The right method depends on the grout’s physical condition.

Is restoration always better than replacement?

No. Restoration is appropriate only when the surface and substrate remain serviceable. If tile, waterproofing, or structural conditions require replacement, we will say so clearly.

How long will the work take?

Duration depends on square footage, service type, repairs, access, and cure times. Your expected schedule is defined before the project begins.
